Shipping methods:
1. Courier delivery
* Delivery is free for orders with a bigger value than 400 lei in all areas of Romania.
* The delivery fee is 18 lei for orders with a value less than 400 lei in Romania.
*Packages delivered outside Romania do not benefit from free shipping, regardless of the order value. Delivery of external packages is made from the moment the package leaves the Baby By Lorraine headquarters (not from the time the order is placed).
2. International shipping:
150 lei for all international orders

3. Refund on the territory of Romania
The order value will be paid upon receipt of the package to the courier company agent. You will receive a receipt for the amount paid.
For "legal entities" customers, there is a bank payment option.
4. Online with bank card via Netopia Payments (Visa/MasterCard)
If you have chosen the "Online with bank card" payment method, you will need to fill out a form with your card information on the secure page of the Netopia payment processor
*For international orders, cash on delivery is not possible, only online payment with card via MobilPay.
